Document Searches LLC is an independent document retrieval service. We help property owners, buyers, sellers, conveyancers, solicitors, and real estate professionals obtain official property records in both the United States and the United Kingdom.
For US orders we retrieve records from the relevant county recorder or clerk — deeds, mortgages, liens, plats, title searches, and property tax records. For UK orders we work with documents held by HM Land Registry — title registers, title plans, leases, deeds, conveyances, and supplemental agreements.
We are not affiliated with any US county office, HM Land Registry, or any government authority. Our role is to make the retrieval process easier and faster — you tell us what you need, and we locate and deliver it directly to your email.
